- A Google User Added 2018-01-15★ ★ ★ ★ ★Our original plan was to stay at the Ashlea House in Lunenburg NS for only one night on our road trip through Nova Scotia. Lucky for us our plans changed and we were able to stay there for 2 nights. B&B's are a great way to travel and I have done this for years. But the Ashlea House B&B is one of the best I have ever had the pleasure to experience. Lynn and John are EXCELLENT Hosts, as are their two lovely dogs Schooner and Dorey. The rooms were spotless, great location and wonderful food! Top this all off with Lunenburg being such a beautiful town and we have put it on our 'short list' of places we plan to go back to.
